Eating Alone
When you eat alone, it's so tempting to just put a frozen pizza in the oven, but it's also not that hard to make something tasty, healthy and quick. This dish is made with whole wheat penne, homemade pesto (basil from our garden), spinach from Dave's garden, home-grown tomato, and fresh mozzarella, topped with roasted pine nuts. The only thing missing was Papadam!

I could use some of of your home made cooking tonight
it sure looks good -- and I like that you posted two pictures -- it is as if two of you were eating. :)
