Chicken with Parmesan and Herb Crust



Garlic, Italian herbs, and Parmesan cheese went into the bread crumb crust. Topped with spring greens, a lemony vinaigrette. Served with asparagus...and the obligatory St. Pauli Girl. [from November '08]

isn't there a statute of limitations on what you can post from when? Mom wonders, "whats the matter? he hasn't been cooking lately?". Looks delicious in any case and since I haven't gotten anything posted in a timely fashion we can let this slide :).

Hah! I just now read your comment, Kelly. The reason I posted this--even though it was from 6 months ago--was because I was not a contributor the The Blog then. I believe I sent this photo to "Papadam", and that's what got me into the club. :)
