I went to the Dominican Republic this week on a business trip and had to stay in one of those "all inclusive" resorts. The food was so bad it wasn't even worth a photograph.
Here's a shot of our family "curry in a hurry" dinner. My dear friend John gave us a wonderful box of curries that we went wild with. My first attempt at Indian food not from a jar. Enjoy.
