One of my favorite breakfasts is a fresh out of the oven Montreal style bagel from Myers Bagels, 377 Pine St. Burlington , VT. The bagel master, Lloyd Squires, is the hardest working man in Burlington hand rolling thousands of bagels a day sliding them in to his huge wood fired oven until they reach perfection.
